Pritty Vishy teases another cosmetic makeover

In a short video shared on her Instagram stories on Monday, April 20, 2026, the outspoken influencer appeared playful but unapologetic as she addressed beauty expectations and public opinions. In a cheeky tone, she suggested that men often claim to prefer “natural women,” before jokingly revealing she was on her way to enhance her body again.
“Men don’t like women who do their bodies…they love natural women 0:23 ८ Me on my way to get my body done again,” Pritty Vishy stated.
Pritty has never shied away from discussing her body transformation journey. Over the past few years, she has openly revealed undergoing procedures such as a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and a tummy tuck, moves she says were part of her confidence journey and self-image rebuilding. Her candidness has often placed her at the centre of Kenya’s heated conversations around beauty standards, especially among young female influencers.
Her previous procedures have not always gone smoothly either. Lydia has previously spoken about undergoing procedures, including a BBL and tummy tuck, which she said were aimed at enhancing her body shape and tightening her midsection. Her before-and-after reveals sparked widespread reactions online, with supporters praising her confidence while critics questioned the growing normalisation of cosmetic surgery among young influencers.
More recently, Lydia has continued to dominate conversations after undergoing a second BBL.
