Njambi Fever: Very few women cheat for no reason

Content creator Njambi Fever has shared her thoughts on cheating and forgiveness in relationships, saying many people misunderstand why some women end up being unfaithful.

In an Instagram post on Monday, March 16, 2026, Njambi argued that many married women often forgive infidelity from their partners but are harshly judged when the situation is reversed.

According to Njambi, women in long-term relationships frequently overlook cheating, especially when they have invested years into the relationship.

She pointed out that many women choose to stay and forgive even after betrayal, particularly when they supported their partners before they became successful or financially stable.

Lakini, do you people know how many times married women let go of married women ‘forgive’ cheating? Do you understand that for a woman who loved and chose that person before he had anything, suddenly eti ‘anakua,” she wrote

Njambi questioned why society rarely acknowledges this pattern when conversations about infidelity arise.

Women cheating claim

She also argued that most women do not simply wake up and decide to cheat.

“Very few women cheat from nowhere and decide to cheat. Very few,” she wrote, suggesting that infidelity in many cases follows repeated emotional neglect or unresolved issues within a relationship.

Njambi added that when someone keeps being pushed emotionally, they may eventually reach a point where they stop caring about the consequences.

Relationship double standards

Her remarks also touched on what she described as a double standard in how cheating is viewed.

Njambi said women are often expected to keep forgiving and maintaining relationships even after repeated betrayal. But when they respond in the same way, the reaction is usually much harsher.

“Then, when she decides to serve what you’ve been serving isn’t sweet. Lol. Ineja pilipili. Lol na who said women ndio waliumbwa na kusameheana tu kila saa ya kusameheana tu,” she added.
