Nililala church – Justina Syokau hails son as answered prayer
Gospel singer Justina Syokau has celebrated motherhood in a heartwarming statement in which she also conveyed her joy at being called Musyoka’s mum.
In a post that captured the nature of her relationship with the boy on Thursday, March 26, 2026, the social media personality poured her heart out, highlighting how God answered her prayers with perfection.
The singer hailed her son Musyoka as an answered prayer, recounting that she prayed and slept in church, asking God to bless her with an obedient child.
She revealed that she made her preference for a male child known to God in her prayers.
How prayers were answered
According to her, all this was answered when she conceived and gave birth to her son.
“Nafurahi kuitwa mama ya Musyoka. Nilikua nalala kwa mathibau ya church nikiambia Mungu nibariki na mtoto. Na asikue tu mtoto akue mtoto wa kiume mwenye ataheshimu Mungu,” Syokau said.
This loosely translates to: “I am happy being called Musyoka’s mum. I would sleep in the pulpit of the church asking God to bless me with an obedient male child who would honour Him”.

The singer recently opened up about her desire to expand her family, revealing that she hopes to have seven more children through In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF).
In the statement shared on her official Facebook account on Friday, February 27, 2026, the singer described children as a pure blessing.
The mother of one added that she feels ready to give birth again despite not being married.
Relationship status
In light of her current relationship status, the singer explained that IVF presents a viable opportunity for her to enjoy the bliss of motherhood and achieve her dream of having a large family independently.

“Having kids it is a pure blessing now ready to give birth again through IVF now that I am not married, I need 8 kids,” Syokau said.
She confirmed her strong conviction that her current relationship status will not stop her from pursuing motherhood again, adding that it is the most fulfilling experience of her life, and she hopes to grow her family in the near future.
