Nicki Bigfish predicts a big win for Arsenal in UCL as he hangs out with AFTV stars

By , April 29, 2026

Kenya’s popular content creator Nicki Bigfish is in Kampala, Uganda, where he has linked up with Arsenal Fan TV (AFTV) founder Robbie Lyle and presenter Cecil Jee Thomas ahead of Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League semifinal first leg against Atletico Madrid on April 29, 2026.

The prankster, who boasts 345,000 Instagram followers, dropped the first hint of his trip in a post shared alongside fellow content creator Mzungu Mjanjez in front of a Kenya Airways plane. “Time to connect with Gooners,” he captioned it.

A follow-up post shows Nicki alongside Robbie and Cecil. While chatting with the AFTV stars, Nicki Bigfish threw his weight behind Arsenal ahead of the UCL clash, indicating that they will win with a nine-goal margin.

“Just had a crucial meeting with my fellow Gooners, and we have agreed that we should have a moderate aggregate of 9-0 when we play Atletico Madrid in the semis,” his statement read in part.

And while the scoreline is clearly the kind of bold talk only a true fan would dare, the excitement behind it is very real.

Why Robbie, Cecil and AFTV are in Uganda

Robbie Lyle and Cecil Jee Thomas are in Kampala as part of a six-day AFTV East Africa tour running from Wednesday, April 24, to Thursday, April 30, 2026. They are joined this time by fellow presenter Lee Judges, who is making his first visit to Africa.

The tour is packed with fan activations, digital content masterclasses for young Ugandan creators, and two major watch parties – the first for Arsenal’s Premier League clash against Newcastle United and the second for Champions League semi-final against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

This is not the crew’s first time on the continent.

Robbie and Cecil visited Nairobi in May 2025, hosting a watch party that drew over 1,500 fans, with Robbie at the time saying, “Kenyan fans are 10 out of 10.”

That visit clearly planted seeds, and Nicki Bigfish has now crossed the border to keep the East Africa gooner energy going.

Arsenal’s biggest night in years

The Gunners, who are also top of the Premier League, head into the tie as favourites, having already beaten Atletico 4-0 at the Emirates in the league stage back in October. Atletico, meanwhile, are in the semifinal on the back of eliminating Barcelona in a controversial quarterfinal.

Arsenal’s Viktor Gyokeres leads the attack, while Atletico will look to Julian Alvarez to provide the spark at home.

The winners face either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain in the final in Budapest on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
