His first stop will be in Kibra, where a host of celebrities, including rapper Octopizzo, have confirmed their presence and participation, followed by other areas.

“BACK TO SERIOUS BUSINESS! 😎. I’ll be streaming the ongoing voter registration activities starting from Tuesday at Kibra constituency 👊🏽,” he declared on Facebook on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
Celebrities backing Tuko Kadi
He joins a star-studded lineup that is backing the citizen-led initiative, which is not linked to any political formation or politician.
Rapper Henry Ohanga, popularly known as Octopizzo, will join the team in Kibra, with comedian Eric Omondi showing up in all five constituencies in Embakasi (Embakasi East, South, Central, South and North constituencies).
Actor Brian Kabugi will be in Lang’ata for the drive, with content creator Nicky Big Fish joining the team in Kibra.
The list also shows that Kenyan musician Fidel Shammah, popularly known as Charisma, who recently backed the Niko Kadi drive, will be in Kibra for the exercise, with Willie Oeba confirmed for Embakasi East.
Politicians told to keep off
A number of politicians, including President William Ruto, Rigathi Gachagua and Kalonzo Musyoka, attempted to ride on the wave, with organisers of Tuko Kadi swiftly rebuking them.
Eric Omondi, who is a leading voice in the youth-led initiative, set the record straight, saying:
“Hello guys, Eric Omondi hapa. To the Kenyan political class, musitujaribu. We have been very silent mukifanya mambo yenu, we have been extremely quiet mukipiga siasa zenu, musitujaribu,” Omondi said.

“Tuko Kadi is a movement by young people and Gen Z, kuhamasisha vijana na Gen Z wachukuwe kura, musitujaribu, do not take our silence for weakness.”
The initiative has seen the youth turn up in large numbers to register as voters in readiness to make their voices and numbers count in the 2027 elections.
