Natalie Githinji goes off on body shamers in fiery rant
Media personality Natalie Githinji has strongly spoken out against body shaming, delivering a fiery message aimed at those who criticise others over their appearance.
On Monday, April 13, 2026, she made it clear that she has no patience for such behaviour and warned that she will not entertain it on her platforms. Her remarks come as more people continue to speak up about online harassment.
“I don’t tolerate this kind of nonsense and immaturity…. If you’re too pressed to body shame any human,” she said.
Githinji explained that people should focus on their own lives instead of attacking others. She said body shaming has no place in society and only harms those targeted. She added that everyone deserves to live freely without being judged for how they look.

“Stop body shaming people, young or old….mnasumbua watu hawana issue na vile wako kwanini? Let people be….wewe hustle and ask God to help you live longer,” she said.
She went on to say that individuals should aim to improve themselves instead of spreading negativity. According to her, energy should be directed towards building a healthy and strong life. She insisted that peace comes from accepting oneself and respecting others.
Impact of harsh words on young people
Githinji pointed out that harsh comments have serious effects, especially on young girls. She said many have reached out to her after being insulted, showing how deep the issue runs. She explained that constant criticism can damage confidence and leave lasting emotional scars.

“Women body shaming women go to hell, anyone body shaming anyone, burn in hell….you making young girls flock my dm’s juu ya vile mnawatusi hady confidence ni rumour kwao,” she said.
She urged people to be mindful of their words and actions, saying that what may seem like a joke can hurt someone deeply. She stressed that kindness and respect should be the standard in all interactions. She also noted that no one has the right to decide how another person should look.
“To anyone who has been body shamed before…You are stronger and more beautiful than just stupid words from useless people,” she said.
