Mwalimu Rachel shuts down Gen Z suitors, shares dream partner rules
Media personality and radio presenter Mwalimu Rachel has finally opened up about her dream partner, putting an end to the flood of tags and messages from fans curious about her love life.
In a video shared on Instagram on Saturday, December 26, 2025, Rachel addressed the attention she’s been receiving, acknowledging the constant DMs and tags referencing Betty Kyallo and Charlie’s relationship.

While she said she is happy for the couple, she was quick to clarify that she is not next in line.
“I’ve been getting a lot of calls, a lot of DMs, a lot of tags… while I appreciate them, why am I now the target?” Rachel asked, highlighting the playful online frenzy.
45 and over
Rachel was clear about her preferences. She revealed that she is only interested in men aged 45 and above, jokingly stating that younger suitors, particularly Gen Z, need not apply.
“I want a man who looks like a silver fox, someone who takes care of himself and me,” she said.
She added humorously that men bragging without substance, like those boasting about “16 rounds without money,” are automatically disqualified.
She also emphasised that her focus is on mature men who are confident, responsible, and able to match her lifestyle.
“If you are a Gen Z and you’re here telling me I’m on my inches… Are you crazy?” she quipped, playfully shutting down younger fans trying to impress her.
Rachel reassured her followers that she is enjoying life in Mombasa, soaking in the sun, and living on her own terms.
She encouraged her fans to celebrate the festive season responsibly, wishing them a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
