Outside trailer: 12 Influencers, Ksh175M and no beds in Sidemen’s new Netflix show

The Sidemen have taken their hit reality format Inside into the wilderness with Outside, a new Netflix series that puts 12 influencers in a forest with up to £1 million (about Ksh175 million) at stake.
The official trailer released on Sunday, August 30, 2026, gives the first look at what happens when the creators lose the comfort of a house and are forced to make do with life outdoors.
The concept is simple: every comfort comes at a cost.
A bed, food and other luxuries can be bought, but every purchase eats into the prize money. That leaves the contestants facing a choice between making life easier and protecting their share of the cash.
No beds in forest
The 91-second trailer immediately sets the tone, opening with the contestants being told they have been dropped “in the middle of nowhere”.
One of the first reactions captures the central joke of the show: “Wait, where’s the bed?”
Unlike Inside, where contestants lived together in a house, Outside sends them into a forest and introduces a more rugged setting.

The prize pot remains the major incentive, but the contestants must constantly decide whether a little comfort is worth sacrificing money.
The format means even basic conveniences could become expensive decisions as the group attempts to survive seven days while protecting the prize.
Netflix describes the series as a competition in which a new group of content creators battle for up to £1 million, with every comfort eating into the prize pot.
Who is taking part
The cast brings together personalities from social media, reality television and entertainment.
Among those taking part are Too Hot to Handle stars Chloe Veitch and Louis Russell, Gladiators star Matt “Legend” Morsia, rapper Paigey Cakey and content creators Dani Babes, Heinz Baines, Kaci Jay, Lacy, Moyo, Sara Saffari, TheBurntChip and Yonna Jay.

The mix gives the show different personalities, from established reality television stars to creators whose audiences were built largely online.
The trailer, however, does not spend much time introducing their individual stories. Instead, it focuses on the setting, the challenges and the growing discomfort.
That leaves the personalities to emerge once the series begins.
From Inside to Outside
Outside follows the success of Inside, the Sidemen’s reality competition in which creators take part in challenges while living together and spending money from a £1 million prize fund.
The new series keeps that basic money mechanic but removes the walls.

Instead of a house, the contestants have a forest. Instead of simply deciding whether to buy a luxury, they must weigh how much comfort they need to get through the experience.
The format has already been compared with wilderness-based reality shows such as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, although Outside retains the Sidemen’s creator-driven humour and chaotic challenges.
