Manzi Wa Mombasa responds after being blamed for Marion Naipei’s TikTok ban
By Steve Ireri, May 13, 2026Social media personality Manzi wa Mombasa has dismissed claims that she was responsible for the banning of Marion Naipei’s TikTok account amid the ongoing online drama between the two.
Speaking in a Facebook video on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, Manzi wa Mombasa said she was shocked to hear claims linking her to the reported ban, adding that she had no involvement in reporting or taking down Marion’s account.
“This is Manzi wa Mombasa. I was just minding my business in town, and then I suddenly started hearing people saying that I am the reason Marion’s account was banned,” she said.
She further denied claims that she leaked Marion Naipei’s private photos online, questioning why the two were still engaging in public back-and-forth exchanges despite previously parting ways.
According to Manzi wa Mombasa, the only account she previously managed for Marion was a Facebook account, explaining that Marion later took full control of it after they fell out.
“I also heard her claiming that I leaked her private photos online and many other things. Marion, please, why are we still going back and forth? When did I ever do that?” she added.
She clarified that she never had access to Marion’s TikTok account or videos, insisting that if she truly intended to push for a ban, she would have targeted the Facebook account she once managed instead.
Manzi wa Mombasa, however, suggested that Marion’s TikTok account may have been mass-reported by her fans after Marion interrupted one of her livestreams while she was defending herself online.
“The only account of yours that I was managing was the Facebook account and after we fell out, you took back your account. If I really wanted to push for a ban, I would have pushed for the Facebook account because that is the one I had access to, not TikTok. I do not even have access to your videos,” she explained.

Despite the accusations and online tension, Manzi wa Mombasa maintained that she does not enjoy drama and still holds no hatred towards Marion Naipei.
She concluded by urging Marion to stop the public exchanges and allow the situation to cool down peacefully.
“What probably happened is that when you came and interrupted my live session while I was defending myself, maybe my fans went and reported your account leading to the ban, but it was not me. Please leave me alone. I do not love drama. I still love you so much, but let us stop the drama,” she said.
