Kanyari now says he will not force kids to stay with him

The Salvation Healing Ministry presiding pastor, Prophet Victor Kanyari, has finally said that he will not force Sky and Victor to stay at his place, saying that he will allow the duo to make their independent choices.
Kanyari gives kids free will
The Man of God used his Facebook account on Sunday, December 28, 2025, to report that he is the one who paid for the flight ticket during their stay in the United Kingdom.

In the video clip, Kanyari can be heard calmly stating and reminding listeners and fans that Sky and Danny will remain his greatest darlings on earth.
He said he can risk everything, if need be, to ensure that the little angels get what they want in this life, since he has always aspired to be the best parent ever.
“Ni mimi tu nililipa flight ticket na wakirudi ni wao tu wataamua kwenye watakaa. They have the freedom to choose where they wanna stay,” Kanyari wrote on Facebook.
The Man of God went on to reassure the crowd he was addressing that the place where Sky and Danny were currently was nice and there was no need for worry. He stated that he could not sit and watch as his kids suffer in a toxic environment, if they were in one at all.
“Lakini mahali wako, si mahali pambaya, semeni Amen. Na mama yao alifariki. Siwezi harakisha kuwatoa hapo, nimewaachilia warelax.“

“On Monday, nimewalipia Ndege waende vacation. Mimi sijawahi Kanyanga UK, lakini nilipowauliza wanataka kwenda wapi, walisem UK. Hiyo ni elfu mia nne,” Kanyari said in the video he shared on Facebook.
Betty Bayo’s mother saga
But the message from Victor Kanyari comes barely weeks after Joyce Mbugua, the mother of the late gospel singer Betty Bayo, caused a debate after saying, among other things, that what killed Bayo must be known.
“A postmortem must be carried out on my daughter’s body so that we can have clarity on what exactly killed her,” she said.
In an exclusive interview with one of the TikTokers, Betty Bayo’s mother praised Victor Kanyari and even rooted that he is the one who should be staying with the kids.

“Besides everything I have said about Tash, I want to say that Kanyari is a good man and we have a very good friendship. With these new developments, I spoke to him recently and asked him to prioritise seeking full custody of his children,” she said.
“As for Tash, I want him to return all the belongings he currently has that belonged to my daughter, and I will personally oversee that process.
“You can imagine that when I raised my concerns with him, he told me to take him to court if I wanted to. I think he assumed I didn’t have the power to speak or that I wouldn’t come forward. Now I have, and this is my official statement,” Joyce said then.
