Kanyari and Marion Naipei distribute food items to the elderly
City preacher Prophet Victor Kanyari has teamed up with Marion Naipei to distribute food to elderly members of his community.
The preacher shared a video across his social media platforms on Friday, February 20, 2026, showing him distributing food to the elderly alongside Marion Naipei.

According to the Salvation Healing Ministries founder, the elderly, aged 60 years and above, receive free food twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday.
The initiative is part of Kanyari’s charity at his church located in Njiru
He encouraged all to embrace giving, noting that it is never too little to give, as others may be in a worse state.
“Give, even when you have little — because someone else may have nothing. Those 60 years and above are given free food every Wednesday and Sunday here at Salvation Healing Ministry,” Kanyari stated.
Kanyari’s charity initiatives
Kanyari’s charity initiatives have earned him praise, with many noting that he successfully shed his controversial past.
Nairobi County Chief Officer for Citizen Engagement and Customer Service, Geoffrey Mosiria, who worshipped in his church on January 18, 2026, heaped praises on the preacher for rising above the infamous Ksh310 saga to become a pillar for his community with several life-changing initiatives.
Mosiria stated that the preacher’s transformation mirrors that of the biblical Zacchaeus.
He detailed that rather than receiving offerings from the congregation, Kanyari offers support to members of his church and the community in ways that few preachers can.
“Zakayo (pastor Kanyari) has decided to return what he obtained unlawfully (panda mbegu ya 310) and is now using it to help the less fortunate in society. In his church, nobody gives offerings; instead, they receive support from him (310),” Mosiria stated.
Mosiria praises Kanyari’s transformation
The head of customer service in Nairobi County noted that the preacher is a living example of true repentance and transformation.
“This reflects the true modern Zakayo, a life of repentance and transformation. Not many people appreciate those who speak the truth, but after listening to Pastor Kanyari, I noted that he is genuinely giving back to society in the same way Biblical Zakayo did.” Mosiria said.
