Digital content creator Edwin Wainaina, popularly known as Kadusko, has shared an emotional message after being named Digital Content Creator of the Year at the Kalasha International Film and TV Awards 2026.

Kadusko was recognised for his consistent creativity, strong audience engagement, and impactful digital storytelling, cementing his place among Kenya’s top content creators.

Following the win, the creator took to social media to express his gratitude, describing the moment as overwhelming and deeply humbling.

In the post shared on Facebook on Sunday, May 3, 2026, Kadusko noted that the recognition was not just a personal achievement but a shared victory with his supporters, team, and everyone who has been part of his journey.

In his message, Kadusko thanked God, attributing his success to grace and faith, and acknowledged the crucial role played by his fans who voted for him, shared his content, and continuously supported his work.

“WE DID IT!!! 🏆✨ I’m still taking this in… winning at the Kalasha International Awards is truly an honour. First and foremost, I thank God; this is all by His grace. None of this would be possible without Him,🙏🏽” he wrote.

He also extended appreciation to his team at Kadusko Network, recognising their efforts behind the scenes and the sacrifices made to build and sustain his brand.

Kadusko further hinted at bigger plans ahead, signalling that the recognition serves as motivation to continue expanding his craft and delivering even more impactful content.

This win is not just mine, it belongs to all of us. The Kalasha Awards, organised annually, celebrate excellence in Kenya’s film, television, and digital content sectors, bringing together creatives from across the industry to honour outstanding achievements.
