“Not everything deserves an explanation. Things that I am not going to explain in 2026. Number one, why I said no. Number two, why I chose me. Number three, why I changed. Number four, why I am unavailable and number five, why I am protecting my peace. If you get it, you get it. If you don’t, forget about it.” Mbugua stated in a video on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

“What else are we not doing this year? Over explaining? Overthinking? (Wueh, this one is hard ) Over-scheduling? (This one is on me though!),” Mbugua wrote.
