‘God saved me’ – Pritty Vishy says after surviving grisly accident
Content creator Pritty Vishy has spoken for the first time about an accident that nearly claimed her life along Thika Road.
Vishy shared that she almost lost her life in the motorcycle accident and thanked God for sparing her life.

She recounted that she was rushed to hospital in an ambulance following the tragedy and shared photos taken at the time.
“Karibu role modo asafiri banae. Nilisugua Thika Highway ikakuwamo safiyooooooh. In my whole life sijai jua ambulance hukuwa free, lakini sai najua. All I can just say is GOD SAVED ME,” she stated on social media on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
This loosely translates to: “Your role model nearly died. My body was dragged along Thika Highway, and I cleaned it up. I never knew an ambulance was free, but now I know.”
Reflecting on the value of life, the digital content creator noted that things can change rapidly.
“Life is so precious, Leo Uko Kesho; you’re fighting for your life,” she added.
She suffered a bruise on the face and injuries on the hand as well.
Missing in action
The social media personality has been missing in action over the last few days, with her social media accounts that are typically active having no action.
The last post was made on February 12, 2026, before the accident that nearly took her life.
She made a comeback to social media today, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, with the update on the accident that left her badly shaken but full of appreciation for life.
Diagnosis of malaria
2026 started with its fair share of challenges for Vishy.
She travelled to Busia but came down with malaria upon her return.
“I have been sick since Monday night… Tell me why every time I go to Busia huwa nakuja na malaria ya kukata na shoka (I catch serious malaria) since Monday night,” Vishy wrote on social media on Friday, February 6, 2026.
“I’m even better now. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night were my longest nights, plus the headache ayayayaya nikaa nilikuwa nafata Rao banae. Thank God my mum came through for me and some body aches, and I’m on meds too…. Malaria wewe so now it’s only the sweat. Mtu anaweza dhani nimetoka zoezi ama kukimbizwa,” she added.
