Forex trader Nebz offers Majembe millions to accept defeat against Mbavu Destroyer

Forex trader Don Mordecai, popularly known as Nebz, has stirred fresh controversy ahead of the highly anticipated showdown between Majembe and Mbavu Destroyer after revealing that he has placed a hefty Ksh600,000 bet backing Mbavu to win the fight.

Speaking ahead of the blockbuster clash on Saturday, April 4, 2026, Nebz disclosed that he is fully backing Mbavu Destroyer, expressing confidence in the fighter’s abilities and preparation, which he believes give him the upper hand going into the bout.

“Majembe, if you accept being defeated, we will make good money. And if you accept defeat, I will even share the money I win from my bet with you,” he said.

He further claimed that Mbavu’s training background, including links to renowned boxing figures, makes him the stronger contender.

“And Mbavu should make efforts and win because right now I have deposited Ksh600,000, and I am betting on Mbavu. I am for Mbavu any day, any time. He is good because he has also trained with Mike Tyson,” he added.

In a bold and controversial twist, the trader went on to propose a deal to Majembe, suggesting that if he accepts defeat, they could both benefit financially from the outcome.

Nebz explained that he would be willing to share the winnings from his bet with Majembe, outlining a scenario where both parties walk away with equal portions of the prize money.

He revealed that based on the odds available on his betting platform, his current stake could see him walk away with approximately Ksh3.7 million, meaning that both he and Majembe would each receive around Ksh1.8 million if the proposal is accepted.

“I have put this money because betting is a risk. Let it go as it will. Based on the odds I see here, with my Ksh610,000 and the odds of 6 on this betting app, it means I will walk away with Ksh3.7 million,” he said.

Nebz did not stop there, indicating that he is ready to raise the stakes even further if Majembe agrees to the arrangement.

He stated that he could increase his bet to Ksh2 million, which, based on projected odds, would potentially earn him close to Ksh12 million in winnings, money he suggested could then be split equally between him and Majembe.

The forex trader stressed that betting involves significant risk, noting that he is prepared to let events unfold regardless of the outcome. However, he maintained that his offer presents a lucrative opportunity for both sides, urging those close to Majembe to relay the proposal to him.

“So if I share the money with Majembe, if he accepts to be defeated, he will take home Ksh1.8 million, and I will take Ksh1.8 million, only if he accepts Mbavu to thrash him. But if he accepts my offer, I will increase the stake. I will bet Ksh2 million, and I will win around Ksh12 million, which means each of us, Majembe and I, will walk away with Ksh6 million each. That’s how we can make money. So those who know Majembe should present my offer to him,” he said.
