Eric Omondi reacts after a woman shoots her shot, asks him to marry her

Comedian Eric Omondi has reacted to a viral video of a woman boldly shooting her shot, proposing to be his wife.
The lady in question shared her observation that the comedian has only one woman in his life and warmed up to being the second one, with her base being Lang’ata.
“Eric Omondi nataka kukuambia, mimi ni mwanamke na pale naona uko na bibi mmoja. Nataka kukuwa bibi yako, nataka kukusupport na mimi nakuwa bibi yako wa hapo Lang’ata (As a woman, I want to tell Eric Omondi that I have seen he has one wife. I want to be your wife. I want to be your wife and support you in Lang’ata)” the woman said in the video shared by the comedian on his Facebook account on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
She declared her unconditional support for any political ambitions that the comedian may have, noting that having stood with Kenyans all through time, it is ripe for Omondi to ascend to leadership.

“Nataka kukuona umesimama na umesimama imara so wewe chukua kazi imebaki na ufanyie wananchi…Sasa saa hii akisimama lazima tumpatie kura na mimi namsupport asimame pale Lang’ata,” the lady added.
Proposal to have a baby with Omondi and her reasons
She extended her proposal to have a baby with the comedian, affirming that she is ready to be a mother to his child.
“Hata mimi natamani kuwa na mtoto wa Eric Omondi, at least mtoto mwenye akili iko sharp (I also desire to have Eric Omondi’s child, a child who is sharp),” she added.
The woman who identified herself as the Woman Representative for Bunge la Mwananchi said that her union with the comedian would benefit Kenyans, as they would come up with great ideas.
“Yeah, lazima nikuwe first lady wa Eric Omondi at least nikiwa na yeye idea itakuwa mzuri sana kusaidia wananchi,” she added.
Eric Omondi responds as Lynne Njihia also chimes in
The video caught the attention of the comedian, who put out a brief statement accompanied by the video.
“Wamama Hoyeee, hapa Vipi?,” Omondi stated on Facebook on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
His post caught the eye of Lynne Njihia, the mother of his daughter, who jokingly noted that the first lady as well as the first daughter remain one.
She added that people who share the same name as the comedian are many, and the lady should look for her own Eric Omondi.
