Kenyan rapper Toxic Lyrikali is celebrating after his song ‘Hongo Ya Karao Vol. II’ secured the number one position on YouTube Music’s trending music chart in Kenya.
Toxic Lyrikali shared the achievement on Instagram on Thursday, August 27, 2026, posting a screenshot showing the song occupying the top spot on the Kenyan trending music chart.
The song, ‘Hongo Ya Karaa Vol. II’, is a collaboration featuring Toxic Lyrikali, Mauru Gwash and Kapitani. The chart image shared by the rapper prominently features the three artistes, with the song listed at number one.
The achievement comes as the artistes continue to receive attention for the collaboration, which has been gaining traction among Kenyan music listeners.

Alongside the chart screenshot, Toxic Lyrikali expressed his appreciation to the people listening to and supporting his music.
