Remcy Don highlights Oga Obinna’s efforts to help Stoopid Boy

Remcy Don shared the remarks on August 28, 2026, following the death of Stoopid Boy on August 27, 2026. His posts focused on the support the artiste received while alive and the reaction that followed his death.
Obinna’s efforts
In his first post, Remcy Don singled out Oga Obinna as someone who, in his view, genuinely tried to help Stoopid Boy during his struggles.
“Mimi nikiulizwa saahi the only person mwenye anafaa kuongea ni @ogaobinna,” Remcy Don wrote.
He went on to acknowledge the efforts Obinna made towards helping the artiste become a more positive contributor to society.
“The guy really tried to make Stoopid Boy be of help to society,” he stated.
The remarks placed attention on Obinna’s relationship with Stoopid Boy and the attempts he made to support him while he was still alive.
No support when artist is alive
In his second post, also shared on August 28, 2026, Remcy Don questioned the public’s reaction following Stoopid Boy’s death.
“Lakini kusema Ukweli….. Why do we like praising people when they are no more?” he asked.
He questioned whether the people now celebrating the late artiste had done enough to support him during his lifetime.
“Na mtu akiwa hai .. You did nothing to make sure ako sawa,” Remcy Don wrote.
His statement appeared to challenge the tendency to publicly praise artists only after their passing, instead of showing them appreciation and support when they are still around.
Remcy slams Kenyans
Remcy Don also criticised people he accused of avoiding Stoopid Boy while he was alive but now rushing to honour him following his death.
“After ame dedi sasa ndio the so called ‘Wasanii’ Wanaanza ku record tu wimbo twa ufala hapa Praising Him,” he stated.
He further claimed that some people who were now mourning Stoopid Boy had previously been unwilling to associate with him.
“Na while he was alive hata selfie ilikuwa hamtaki kupiga na yeye .. shame on you,” he added.
Remcy Don’s comments come as conversations surrounding Stoopid Boy’s death continue, with his posts shifting attention from mourning alone to the importance of supporting people while they are still alive.
His message also places renewed focus on Obinna’s efforts, which Remcy Don believes deserve recognition as part of Stoopid Boy’s story.
