Ntazola: Only providers to eat good food

Internet personality Ntazola has said that men who do not provide should not be fed well.

In a statement on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, June 21, 2026, she wrote that food at home should match a man’s level of provision, noting that non-provider men should only eat porridge.

“Only providers get to eat good food. If you don’t provide, you eat porridge,” Ntazola stated.

In April 2026, she said men who are stingy in relationships should not expect to be served good meals. She added that such men can be given simple food like porridge and dry beans, while men who provide for their partners deserve better meals.

“Stingy men don’t deserve to eat good food. Make him porridge and dry beans. Only providers deserve good food !!” Ntazola stated.

This is not the firt time Ntazola has brought up the issue of provider men.

She has advised women to be selective about whom they cook for.

On her Instagram stories on February 18, 2026, Ntazola said women should only cook for men who provide for them and treat them well.

For men who do not, she suggested serving black tea and KDF – a famously thick, heavy, and dense type of Kenyan mandazi that keeps a person full for hours.

“Please, you only cook for a man who provides and treats you like a princess, a man who doesn’t provide, kindly feed him on kdf and black tea,” Ntazola stated.

The bubbly internet sensation has recently revealed that she has never been in love.

The outspoken content creator confessed her Instagram Stories on February 17, 2026, addressing rumours about her love life.

“Any other clown running around telling my business, ignore that I’ve never been in love with a human being, not in this current life,” Ntazola stated.

Months ago, she also spoke about relationships and emotional attachment. On her Instagram on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, Ntazola said she finds it embarrassing for a grown woman to cry over a man who has done nothing meaningful for her.

“A whole grown woman crying over a man who has never bought her a bracelet. So embarrassing?” Ntazola questioned. She added that some men cannot even manage small gestures of care. “That little man can’t even buy you a bicycle,” she said.
