Natalie Githinji opens up on her painful endometriosis journey
By Paulette Mboga, June 27, 2026Media personality Natalie Githinji has opened up again about her battle with endometriosis, sharing an emotional message about living with the painful condition.
On Friday, June 26, 2026, she also urged people to continue creating awareness about the illness through social media.
Natalie said she remains grateful despite everything she has gone through over the years. She explained that her faith has helped her through difficult moments, even as she continues to deal with the challenges that come with endometriosis.
“God has really been good to me! But Sitaki kukua His strongest warrior jamani achague tu mtu mwingine!” Natalie Githinji said.

She also thanked those who have stood with her during her health journey. Natalie said she appreciates the support she has received and asked people to keep spreading information about endometriosis to help others understand the condition.
Natalie explained that creating awareness remains important because many women continue to suffer from the illness. She described endometriosis as a condition that affects lives in painful ways and encouraged people to keep sharing educational content online.
Continuing the awareness campaign
“But thank ya’ll for your beautiful and warm messages and Dm’s. I really appreciate it. Continue reposting any Endometriosis images from @yellow_bold_girl page and let’s create awareness about this devil that reaps happiness and peace,” Natalie Githinji said.
This is not the first time Natalie has spoken publicly about her health. In October last year, she revealed how badly endometriosis had affected her body during one of her painful episodes.

She shared that she lost two kilograms in just two days due to the condition. Natalie explained that the illness had taken a heavy toll on her body and continued to affect her daily life.
“Imagine just two days of experiencing endometriosis, and I have already lost 2kg, man,” Natalie Githinji said.
The TV presenter and actress has been living with the chronic illness for years. She has continued to use her platform to speak about endometriosis and encourage more conversations around it.
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside it. The condition can cause severe pain and other health complications, making awareness important for those living with it.
