Kenyan Prince announces relocation to Dubai, reveals rent for new apartment

Forex trader Raymond Omosa, popularly known as Kenyan Prince, has officially relocated to Dubai after recently announcing his plans to move to the United Arab Emirates following his acquisition of an official UAE residency permit.
In a video posted on Sunday, September 6, 2026, while standing outside his apartment in Dubai, Kenyan Prince gave his followers a glimpse of his new home.
The forex trader revealed that he had rented an apartment at Burj Vista Tower One, a residential development in Dubai’s Downtown area.
“Guys, I’m just outside my apartment. We’re finally moving, and I told you we’ve rented here now. It’s called Burj Vista Tower One,” he said.
Kenyan Prince further disclosed that he was paying Dh220,000 in rent for the apartment, which is approximately Ksh5.1 million.
He also highlighted the apartment’s proximity to the Burj Khalifa, one of Dubai’s most recognisable landmarks.

“How many meters from Burj Khalifa? Show them, show them. Just like 20 meters from Burj,” he said.
The forex trader appeared excited about beginning his new life in Dubai, describing the experience as one that would feel like a movie.
“And guys, it’s gonna be life like a movie, and y’all are not gonna believe,” he said before ending the video.
The latest update comes shortly after Kenyan Prince announced he would permanently relocate from Kenya to Dubai following the issuance of his official UAE residency permit.
In a video shared on Instagram on Saturday, August 22, 2026, he unveiled the document confirming his new residency status and described the development as the fulfilment of one of his long-held dreams.
“My life and one of life’s dreams have come to happen. Finally guys, I, Raymond Omosa, am an official resident of the United Arab Emirates,” he announced.
He subsequently confirmed that he would be leaving Kenya for Dubai.
“So I am relocating from Kenya to Dubai. This is an official news announcement. I am relocating from Kenya to Dubai,” he said.
Why Kenyan Prince chose Dubai
Kenyan Prince explained that the move was partly motivated by his desire to broaden his horizons, meet like-minded people and explore new opportunities.
“The main reason is so I can reason with people of similar reasoning capacity to mine. Clearly you can see what is happening and I need to explore,” he said.

He added that he hoped to grow his business and improve his standards of living.
“I need to grow in terms of business, in terms of my standards also,” he said.
Kenyan Prince had previously said he would briefly return to Kenya to bid farewell to a friend before settling into his new life in Dubai.
