Dianah Chacha opens up after receiving difficult diagnosis for son Jasiri

On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, she said the findings were not encouraging but added that she is holding on to her faith in God as the family continues the journey.
Dianah explained that she has previously spoken about Jasiri’s delayed speech. She said she and her family have tried different interventions over the years in the hope that he would begin talking. According to her, they have continued looking for ways to support him.

“Nawaombea. Watu wakizaa, wazae watoto wako sawa. That is my prayer,” Dianah Chacha said.
She said the latest diagnosis left her emotional. Dianah explained that she had just received the results and admitted that she had been crying after learning what the doctors had found.
“Mimi nimekua nikishare a lot about my son, Jasiri, with issue ya delayed speech. Tumetafuta interventions mingi katoto kaongee at least. Nimetoka kulia, can you tell?” Dianah Chacha said.
Continuing to seek help
Dianah said the diagnosis brought difficult news for the family. She explained that the results were not what they had hoped for, but stressed that they would continue trusting God as they move forward.
“Kuna diagnosis Jasiri amefanyiwa nimepewa results and they are not looking good. But we have faith in God, and nothing is impossible,” Dianah Chacha said.

She also shared more about Jasiri’s condition, saying they have done everything they can to help him speak. According to Dianah, her son is now four years old but has not yet started talking.
“We have done so much to help Jasiri aongee. He is 4 years old. Ako nonverbal, completely. Hawezi sema hata mama bado,” Dianah Chacha explained.
Dianah’s latest update comes after openly sharing Jasiri’s delayed speech journey over time. She said the family has continued searching for different interventions while hoping for progress.
Despite the difficult diagnosis, Dianah said she is choosing to remain hopeful. She explained that her faith remains strong and believes that nothing is impossible as they continue supporting Jasiri through his journey.
