In an emotional Facebook message on Thursday, June 18, 2026, the comedienne said that she needed to take time to enjoy the special moment privately before sharing the news with the world.
She revealed that the twins were born on May 20, 2026, at exactly 7:25 am, describing their arrival as one of the biggest blessings she has ever received.
“Some blessings are so big, and some joy is so sacred, that it needs time to settle into your heart before it can be shared with the world,” she wrote.
The comedienne said she spent the past month embracing every moment of motherhood and appreciating the new chapter that had begun in her life.
“On 20th May 2026, at exactly 7:25 AM, God blessed me with the most precious gift of all: my beautiful twin daughters. For the past month, I have been soaking in every moment and every feeling that comes with this incredible new chapter,” Dem shared.
Her announcement came as a surprise to many fans, with some unaware that she had already given birth, as she had not publicly shared updates about the arrival of her children before the revelation.
Dem said she was finally ready to share the news after spending time privately bonding with her daughters and reflecting on the blessing.
She expressed gratitude to God for what she described as an answered prayer, while appreciating the people who supported her throughout the journey.
“Today, with a heart full of gratitude, I thank God for His endless grace,” she said.
The comedian also thanked her family and friends for standing by her, saying their love and support meant a lot during the new phase of her life.
