Chell De Magician thanks Oga Obinna for opening doors in his career

In a heartfelt message shared online on his Instagram post on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Chell credited Obinna for believing in his talent at a time when he was still trying to establish himself in the entertainment scene. According to the magician, the opportunities and support he received through Obinna’s platform helped him gain visibility and confidence in his craft.
“Big appreciation to Oga Obinna for believing in my talent and giving me a platform to grow. Through your support, guidance, and opportunities, I’ve been able to perform at amazing events both here in Kenya and internationally,” Chell wrote.
The magician further noted that some of the biggest milestones in his career came as a result of the trust Obinna placed in him. From performances at major events to expanding his audience beyond Kenya, Chell said the exposure helped elevate his work to another level.
“Some of the biggest gigs and doors that have opened for me are because you trusted my craft and pushed my talent to greater heights. I’ll always be grateful for the exposure, mentorship, and encouragement,” he added.
Chell also thanked Obinna for consistently supporting upcoming creatives and creating opportunities that allow young talents to showcase what they can do.

Obinna praised for mentoring young talent
Chell’s appreciation comes at a time when several entertainers have openly acknowledged the impact Oga Obinna has had on their careers.
Among them is comedian Henry Desagu Kartelo, popularly known as Kartelo, who previously spoke about the professional relationship he shared with Obinna during their collaborations.
