Carol Katrue cosies up with Miracle Baby in latest video, rubbishes claims she was dumped

Mugithi songstress Carol Katrue may not have been dumped by her long-time boyfriend, Gengetone icon Miracle Baby, if a new video shared on her TikTok page is anything to go by.
In the video shared on Saturday, April 24, 2026, Carol is seen seated on Miracle Baby’s lap, holding him by the shoulder as she hummed along to a sweet Kikuyu love song.
In the clip, Miracle Baby is seen looking happy as he also twirled his arm around Carol’s shoulders while Carol locked eyes with him.
While sharing the video, Carol clapped back at people who had expressed excitement after reports that she had been dumped went viral, saying they now have a long way to go.
She warned them against always acting as if they know a lot or even at times positioning themselves at the forefront of giving people advice.
“Now tell them to come slow on the advice they were giving,” she wrote.
In a separate video, Carol also confirmed that they were still together, saying she wondered why some people had perpetuated claims that Miracle Baby dumped her because she talks too much.
“They said you were dumped me because I talk. My husband laughs,” she captioned the video.
In the clip, Miracle Baby is also seen dancing with her inside their new apartment, leaving fans exchanging mixed reactions.
Women’s day message
Previously, K24 Digital reported that the Gengetone-turned-Mugithi singer shared a heartfelt International Women’s Day message to Carol Katrue, weeks after the two publicly confirmed the end of their relationship.
Taking to social media on Saturday, March 8, 2026, the musician reflected on their past together, acknowledging the role Carol played during a significant chapter of his life.
“Today on Women’s Day, I pause for a moment to think of you, not as someone who once held the title of my wife, but as a woman who walked beside me for a chapter of life that shaped us both,” Miracle Baby wrote.
In the emotional message, the singer noted that although their relationship had ended and their lives had taken different paths, he still holds respect for the strength and resilience Carol showed during the time they spent together.
“Though our paths have parted and life has taken us in different directions, I still respect the strength, patience, and resilience you carried through the days we shared. Some memories remain gentle reminders that even when relationships change, the humanity between two people does not disappear,” he stated.
He went on to wish the content creator well as she continues building her life after the breakup.
“On this Women’s Day, I wish you peace, growth, and happiness in the life you are building now. May you continue to rise with courage, find joy in the small moments, and walk forward with confidence in who you are,” the musician added.
Concluding the message, Miracle Baby reflected on the lessons relationships leave behind, saying that even when they end, they still carry meaning.
“Not every story lasts forever, but every story leaves something meaningful behind. Happy International Women’s Day, Carol Katrue (mama watoto),” he wrote.
