Alcohol-free lifestyle: Eve Mungai flaunts sober life as she hits 110 days of sobriety

Digital content creator Eve Mungai has reached a significant milestone in her personal wellness journey, confirming she has maintained a sober lifestyle for 110 days.
Sharing the update with her followers on Saturday, March 21, 2026, Mungai posted a screenshot from a sobriety tracking app on her Instagram account.
The data shows she has been alcohol-free for exactly three months and 20 days, continuing a trajectory she first made public in February when she reached the 82-day mark.
This lifestyle shift follows a challenging period for the Mungai Eve Media founder.
Mungai previously disclosed that she struggled with severe depression between April and June 2025.
She has attributed her recovery and the decision to remain sober to a combination of prayer, support from her family, and a personal commitment to heal from that period.

In addition to her sobriety, the teetotaler has been documenting a dedicated fitness routine.
In December 2025, she revealed that she had been attending the gym consistently since October 6 of that year.
At the time, she shared that she had reached 62kg—the heaviest weight she has ever recorded—and expressed satisfaction with her current physique.
“This is the 3rd month now, I started on October 6th and I love it here. Current weight is 62kgs — the heaviest I have ever been — but yeah, I wouldn’t want to lose or gain,” Mungai wrote in a post shared with her audience.

The health updates come as Mungai continues to establish her independent brand, Mungai Eve Media.
Since her high-profile personal and professional separation from Director Trevor in 2024, she has focused on documenting her life as an independent woman and entrepreneur.
By sharing these milestones, Mungai remains transparent about the intersection of mental health, physical fitness, and her public-facing career.
As of late March 2026, she remains committed to her alcohol-free lifestyle and her ongoing gym regimen.
