5 celebrities who chose cosmetic enhancements in 2025

Each of them opened up in their own way about the changes they made and what pushed them to go through with the enhancements.
Here are a few celebrities who chose cosmetic enhancements.
Pritty Vishy
Digital content creator Purity Vishieno, known as Pritty Vishy, revealed that she spent more than Ksh 500,000 on a Brazilian Butt Lift, tummy tuck and 360 liposuction.
She explained that the procedures came after she began her Ozempic weight loss journey and wanted a more snatched figure.
She added that the BBL was not part of her original plan.
“The goal was kutoa mafuta peke yake, but then my doctor told me I have some dimples in the ass and that it should be fixed, and I agreed to it,” she said.
Lydia Wanjiru
Content creator Lydia Wanjiru shared that she underwent liposuction 360, a tummy tuck and a BBL.
She spoke about the makeover on Monday, November 24, 2025, and expressed her happiness with the outcome.
“What I had done: liposuction 360, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift (BBL). I did it,” she said. Lydia also thanked her surgeon, saying, “Thanks to my surgeon for giving me an a** and flat tummy.” She mentioned that she will share more updates soon and encouraged her followers to stay tuned.
Murugi Munyi
Content creator and mom, Murugi Munyi, talked about her weight loss journey using Ozempic. On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, she revealed that her weight had stalled at 83 kilograms for some time.
“Today’s weight…I have been stagnant at 83 for a couple of weeks. It happens on a weight loss journey,” she wrote. She added that the journey can shift quickly. “Then after some time, you feel like a big whoosh, and it’s like you lost 3kgs overnight.”
