The surprise unfolded in dramatic fashion, with Woods secretly orchestrating the unveiling of the luxury ride outside her home, where close friends and family had gathered to witness the emotional moment.
A visibly shaken Trisha could not hold back tears as the luxury car, complete with a red bow and flowers on the bonnet, was revealed to her.
In a video shared on her Instagram and TikTok on Monday, August 4, 2025, the actress is seen clutching her chest in disbelief before collapsing into her friend’s arms, sobbing uncontrollably as she whispered words of gratitude.
She cried uncontrollably and insisted that it was God who had touched her husband’s heart to think of her in such a thoughtful and extravagant way.
In the video, she was later seen taking the sleek white car for a spin, tightly clutching a bouquet of roses that had been gifted alongside the luxurious package as a token of love and appreciation.
According to Trisha, her husband Woods orchestrated the entire surprise in collaboration with her best friend, Kabugi, who kept everything under wraps and never let a hint slip until the emotional unveiling had taken place.
“Pardon my ugly cry, but this moment called for it ❤️❤️❤️. You tricked me too 😂😂. I hate you all 😂😂. @i_amkabugi and @tribe__kenya have no words for y’all… your plan worked 😂😂😂,” she wrote.
Message to woods
Following the surprise, Trisha also interceded for her hubby, Woods, vowing to continue lifting him up in prayer.
She emphasised that every time she counts her blessings, she counts him twice, describing him as a double portion in her life.
She added that the car gift had completely swept her off her feet and left her deeply moved.
“And when I count my blessings… I count my man twice ❤️❤️❤️,” she said.
Deep love
The surprise comes just days after Trisha Khalid openly broke down in tears during a TikTok Live, emotionally professing her deep love for her partner Kevin Woods.
In a heartfelt and unscripted moment, the actress and content creator poured out her feelings while seated in a car, telling her driver just how much she missed Woods.
“I miss my man. I miss this particular man,” she said tearfully, clarifying that her emotions were genuine and not influenced by alcohol.
“I left him sleeping. I cannot breathe. Please, when you drop me, bring me an oxygen tank because I cannot breathe without Woods,” she added, visibly overwhelmed.
