Stevo Simple Boy marries pregnant wife Brenda in beautiful church wedding

Stevo confirmed the wedding in an Instagram post on Monday, October 6, 2025, sharing lovey-dovey photos of him and Brenda as they exchanged vows in what appeared to be an intimate and joy-filled celebration.
The photos showed the ‘Ndio Maanake’ crooner rocking a full white glitter-adorned suit paired with black shades, while Brenda stunned in a flowing white gown and veil that gracefully revealed her baby bump.
The two appeared overjoyed, with some of the pictures showing Stevo lovingly kissing his bride, while others captured tender moments of them holding hands as Brenda slid a ring onto his finger.
In his social media post, Stevo expressed gratitude for the milestone, describing the wedding day as one filled with happiness and divine favour.
He also reflected on the beauty of finding love and companionship, referencing the biblical verse that underscores marriage as a blessing from God.
“Jana ilikua siku kubwa na ya furaha kwa Harusi ya faragha Na mke wangu brenda, mungu atuzidishie. He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favour from the Lord. Proverbs 18:22,” Stevo wrote.
Disclaimer: The wedding, however, may not have been genuine since no images showed family members or a pastor presiding over the ceremony, even though it appeared to take place in a church.
Parental blessings
The wedding comes just days after the rapper, born Stephen Otieno, shared why he has not yet visited the parents of his partner, Brenda, despite the two expecting a child together.
Speaking during an interview with a local TV station on Friday, August 29, 2025, Stevo explained that meeting a partner’s family requires proper preparation, noting that family matters can sometimes be delicate.
Stevo emphasised that while he has not yet physically met Brenda’s family, communication lines remain open, and he believes the visit will happen when the time is right.
“Unajua ukienda kuona mama mkwe ama familia ya msichana lazima ujipange, unajua mambo ya familia inaweza kuwa tata kidogo labda kuna kitu wanataka na bado mambo hayako sawa, sasa niliamua wacha tutulie kwanza hadi ile siku tutakuwa sawa tutaenda kusalimia familia, lakini huwa tunaongea kwa simu,” Stevo shared.
The rapper and Brenda have been in the spotlight recently after announcing they are expecting their first child, a baby boy.
