Rotimi and Vanessa Mdee welcome baby boy

Tanzanian rapper, Vanessa Mdee has welcomed her first baby with Nigerian-born Hollywood actor and singer, Akinosho Olurotimi, popularly known as Rotimi.

Mdee took to her Instagram page on Wednesday to share a picture of two adult fingers holding a baby finger.

She captioned the picture with the baby’s name, “Seven Adeoluwa Akinosho”. However, Mdee did not reveal the exact date of delivery.

Rotimi also took to his Instagram page, sharing the same picture and caption.

Earlier this month, Rotimi revealed the gender of the baby, as Mdee also announced her pregnancy on Instagram.

In an earlier interview with a popular blog, this month, Rotimi revealed they were expecting a son.

“We are super excited to welcome our son. As first-time parents, everything about this experience has been a brand-new challenge,” they say. “We love it,” Rotimi said.

Vanessa, 32, and Rotimi, 33, first met in New Orleans at an Essence Festival after-party.

The love birds spiced up their love with Rotimi proposing to Mdee on the 30th of December 2020, at Atlanta.
