Popular Tahidi High actressctor Judy Wacuka popularly known as Mrs. Ngatia is pleading with Kenyans to help her build a house saying she is tired of being chased by her landlord.

In an interview with a local youtuber, Mrs Ngatia who was accompanied by her husband Omosh said she has a piece of land in Karura and asked well wishers to chip in and help her build her home.

“If I get a house, even a one-bedroom Mabati house so that I am not bothered by paying rent in Nairobi. I am asking for even a Mabati house, right now, I live in a bedsitter that I pay Ksh 5,000,” Mrs Ngatia said.

The mother of three said life has been hard for her especially after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic which saw her lose her acting job.

“I was very glad to work on Tahidi High. I Used to feed my children and educate them because of that job. Then COVID came, my children and I started having it rough, we have been kicked out of houses, children kicked out of school,” she said.

This, she says has left her and her family embarrassed and is affecting their mental wellness.

“I was kicked out of a house, with the landlord saying that we have money, and Omosh has a big name. That thing has affected me psychologically I feel like dressing covering my face when walking around,” she added.

This comes barely three months after Omosh pleaded Omosh pleaded for help again saying the previously received cash was not enough.

This was met with major backlash with many people responding by questioning the audacity and entitlement of Omosh.

As most netizens termed it as outright provoking, others referred to it as total lack of gratitude.

He however quickly apologized saying he thought Kenyans would not take it literally since he is a ‘joker’

“Kenyans please, I know you are forgiving, I’m just your brother. Please I’m so sorry. You’ll never hear that from me again,” he noted.

Mimi sikua najua Wakenya wataudhika hivo. I thought watasema huyu ni ule Omosh joker but they actually took it seriously.”
