Finally top notch: Millie Odhiambo crowns Prince Indah after ‘Nyasuba’ hit

“I have always admired Prince Indah, but there has just been something missing for me to classify him as Top Notch. I have discovered it is because he had not dedicated a song to Nyasuba,” the MP said.

In her statement that has since attracted over 1,500 comments with over 13,000 likes, Odhiambo noted that the hitmaker’s decision to honour Suba women in his new track fills an important cultural gap.
“He is now officially Top Notch with Nyasuba. You cannot claim to be a serious musician without acknowledging us Suba beauties,” she added.

Fans react
Her declaration quickly spread across social media, with many fans joining the playful debate about whether tribute songs elevate musicians to legendary status.
