The couple, who have previously spoken about their painful experience of losing their first child through a miscarriage, expressed deep gratitude and love for their daughter, Mimu.
Eric shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, crediting his daughter as the motivation behind his hustle and strength.
“You are the reason I work so hard, my love. You are the reason I fight so hard. I pray for you every day that God may protect you, keep you, and make his face shine on you… That you may live a long, fruitful, successful, fulfilling, and happy life. I love you, baby. Happy 2nd birthday,” he wrote.
Lynne reflects on motherhood
Lynne Njihia, who has remained a steady presence in Eric’s life and on his platforms, also celebrated their daughter with an emotional post.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE💕🎂. I’m in tears as I write this. I never knew someone would change my life and make me feel a different kind of love until you were born, baby,” she wrote.
In her message, she reflected on their journey as parents, their love for their daughter, and their shared commitment to raising her right. “I pray so much that your dad and I lead you to your destined path, coz I know how bright your future is, Mama,” she said. “All I know so far is we’re doing things right by you, and it shows from your end. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, Mimu.”
