Eddy Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole arrives in Kenya on her first-ever trip to Africa

Hollywood actress, producer, and former model Nicole Murphy, along with Kenyan-born artiste and filmmaker Lovince Mckenzie, have touched down in Kenya to embark on a documentary project.

The duo received a warm reception at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), where they were greeted by Maasai warriors showcasing their vibrant culture.

As chants of ‘karibuni Kenya‘ filled the air, Nicole 56, the ex-wife of legendary American comedian Eddy Murphy, enthusiastically joined in the festivities, dancing along and engaging the Maasai.

In a video shared online by bloggers, Nicole Murphy can be seen immersing herself in the cultural exchange, smiling broadly as she embraced the spirit of ‘Hakuna Matata‘.

She accepted flowers and other souvenirs from those who welcomed her, visibly touched by the hospitality extended.

Nicole Murphy had previously announced her upcoming journey to Kenya on July 16, 2024.

She revealed that she was encouraged by her Kenyan friend Mckenzie, noting that she would finally fulfill her dream of exploring Kenya.

According to Nicole, this will mark her first trip to Africa, and she is thrilled to experience the beauty of Kenya, a place that many have told her will capture her heart.

She expressed her eagerness to connect with the Kenyan people and is open to suggestions on the must-see places during her visit.
