Colonel Mustafa publicly apologises to Noti Flow after fallout
By Valerian Khakayi, August 16, 2025Veteran musician Daudi Mustafa, widely known as Colonel Mustafa, has publicly apologised to fellow artiste Natalie Florance, alias Noti Flow, who also happens to be his ex-girlfriend.
While both appeared on a live entertainment show on a local TV station on Friday night, August 15, 2025, Mustafa went down on one knee, handed Noti Flow a bouquet of flowers, and tendered his apology in a romantic gesture.
Mustafa additionally acknowledged Noti Flow’s importance to him.

He went on to describe her as a special person and someone who holds a special place in his heart, adding that she is not only his friend but also his everything.
“Hii ni yako baby girl, today I want to say this, nimejua umuhimu wake, she is very important to me, to my career,” Mustafa said.
“Natalie, that is the flower. You are special to me, and you have a special place in my heart. You are my friend, you are my everything.”

On her part, Noti said that she has accepted that apology and forgave Mustafa, describing him as a good friend.
“Yes, I would not be here if I did not, he is a good friend too well, I forgive you,” she said after accepting the flowers.
This move appears to signal an attempt to mend their relationship, or at least clear the air between them.

Mustafa and Noti Flow’s fallout
The apology comes after the two had a public fallout, which saw them trade accusations on social media.
Speaking during an interview with Milele FM’s Bangaiza Show on Tuesday, January 28, the Dodoma Singida hit-maker claimed that Noti Flow was physically abusing him.
He recounted an incident in which Noti Flow answered a call on his phone, and, a resultant fight erupted after Noti learnt that the caller was a woman.
“She bit and scratched me using her finger nails,” Mustafa told Bangaiza hosts.
The rapper said for the last three years that he was dating the controversial musician, and he endured beatings and mistreatment.
“I remember there was a time I was ailing, and she couldn’t take good care of me. I feared her to the extent that I had to hide all the kitchen knives in my house when we were about to go to bed,” he said.
The pair, who have had an on-and-off relationship in the public eye, have previously collaborated on music projects and appeared together in several media interviews.
