Akoko Val, Kelvin Kinuthia and 4 other TikTokers who have relocated to new mansions in 2025

From low-income estates to grand mansions, 2025 has been a year of remarkable upgrades for some of Kenya’s TikTok influencers.
These creators, who once filmed dances and skits in small rented spaces or modest homes, are now unveiling properties, leaving their fans gushing at how well their life stories have changed.
Some of the mansions feature luxurious touches like open-plan living areas, marble staircases, sleek kitchens or walk-in closets. Here are some of the TikTokers who have moved into new mansions this year, showing fans how far they have come.
Kelvin Kinuthia
In January 2025, crossdresser Kelvin Kinuthia, famous for his flamboyant moves and public relocations, also unveiled his mansion.

His video showed a pick-up truck parked outside as deliveries were being made, since finishing touches such as the landscaping of the garden were still underway.
The house is set in an upscale neighbourhood where other mansions rise around it, giving the area a distinctive skyline.
The exterior includes a huge balcony set directly above the entrance, decorated with a flower vase as a centrepiece.
Kinuthia revealed that the house contains four bedrooms, each designed with modern finishes, and he proudly displayed the bathrooms where new bathtubs had just been installed.
Akoko Val
Akoko Val, known for her luxury shopping sprees on TikTok, recently joined the ranks of mansion owners. She explained that she had spent years manifesting the dream, viewing numerous properties before finally settling on her current home.
Her mansion is one of the most visually striking among the lot, with large chandeliers draped from the ceilings, a carefully manicured garden, and staircases paved with marble.
Sliding glass doors open into expansive balconies on the upper floors, giving panoramic views of the compound. The exterior features massive floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch across both levels, creating a modern architectural statement.
Val told her fans that she considered the home her personal secret and thanked God for fulfilling her long-time wish.
“A year later, countless viewings, prayers and patience, and today we finally call this place home,” she wrote on TikTok.
Kate Actress
The celebrated actress also placed herself among mansion owners when she shared a TikTok video dancing in front of her new property. She set her routine to Chris Brown’s latest track and described herself as a rich girl in a rich girl’s mansion.

The house itself is defined by two massive white pillars that run vertically from the ground floor to the ceiling of the second level. Flanking the structure are two side balconies that stretch outward on either end of the top floor, giving the mansion a palatial appearance.
Kate told her fans that the house symbolised the kind of lifestyle she envisioned for herself after years of hard work in the film industry.
Tiffy Dolly
In May, Tiffy Dolly captured attention when she introduced her own mansion in a YouTube video. In the clip, she was seen calling her husband to join her in admiring the new home, expressing how emotional she felt about the milestone.
The living room is fitted with a fireplace set directly beneath a television area lined with marble, accompanied by a sleek white console. The walls are lined with subtle lighting, giving the space a warm glow.
Tiffy was particularly excited about the kitchen, which is expansive and fitted with glossy white cabinets, an inbuilt oven, a pantry, and blinking decorative lights. She clarified that the mansion was not a rental but one built for her, insisting that it was a family home.

“Not rentals guys, let me call my hubby. He was pressuring me to call him to come and see the house. In this house you go in with slippers. It looks so good,” she said.
The home features three bedrooms on the lower floor, while the upper level hosts a master bedroom complete with a walk-in closet.
Kenyan Prince
The self-proclaimed millionaire and forex trader, known online as Kenyan Prince, shared a tour of his new mansion just a few days ago. In his video, he walked through a long hallway leading directly into the lounge, which is furnished with spotless white sofas positioned around an eight-bulb chandelier that hangs from the ceiling.
The lounge flows into a dining space that is furnished with a marble-top table and sleek white chairs. His kitchen follows the same theme, with glossy white cabinets and a door that opens into the backyard. Still on the ground floor is a guest bedroom and a fully fitted washroom.

Upstairs, grey-painted staircases lead to a trading room where several giant computer screens glow in blue neon lights, giving the room a futuristic feel. The mansion also boasts a walk-in shoe room stacked with neatly arranged pairs in tall racks, and a master bedroom designed for comfort.
Prince explained that the home marked a personal milestone, especially since he had previously been living in a gated bungalow that, though comfortable, was modest compared to his current residence.
Cindy Babe
Another TikToker who proudly flaunted her upgrade was Cindy Babe, well known for her controversies online. She revealed that her new home is located in Syokimau, in a compound that hosts three identical mansions.
Cindy showcased the interiors with excitement, beginning with a staircase paved with marble tiles that led to the upper floor. The living room is decorated with white designer furniture, which she disclosed had been delivered by her close friend and fellow TikToker Rachael Otuoma.
Cindy also told her followers that the mansion had come as a gift from a Germany-based fan who had been moved by her experiences of being trolled online.
“Mimi Mungu alinibariki. Nilipata fan wangu from Germany, he saw when I was being trolled. Akasema kuja nikupatie nyumba,” she said.
She added that the house came with high-end fittings, including a double-door fridge which, like the mansion itself, was a gift.
Previously, Cindy had lived in Donholm, and she described the mansion as a remarkable step up in her life.
