Two quarry workers were buried alive in Koibatek as one escaped with injuries after a quarry they were working on collapsed following heavy rainfall.

Koibatek police boss Maxwell Agoro said that the quarry at Kwa Chepsat in Simotwet village, Perkera ward became a centre of attention after a loud bang was heard by locals.
