Covi-19 cases in Kenya on Tuesday rose to 715 after 15 new cases were confirmed.
Health Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS), Dr. Rashid Aman, said that two Tanzanians who were travelling to the country were turned back at Isebania border after testing positive.
Eight more people were discharged from treatment centres, bringing to 259 the number of patients who have recovered from the disease.
However, the number of fatalities rose to 36 after three people succumbed to the disease in Mombasa County.
CAS Aman said that of two of the new fatalities occurred at home while one died in hospital.
