The Sugar Millers have entrusted playmaker Valerian Tendwa with the captain’s armband, with the fly-half expected to marshal proceedings and dictate the tempo against a Kisumu side that has often proved stubborn in past meetings.
Tom Opiyo starts with Jibril Lugonzo and Mike Murithi also in the mix. Steve Odhiambo and Ronald Wangila are also named to offer creativity as Kabras look to break the Kisumu defensive line.
Bejil Ochieng and Andrew Wangila also line up, while Johnson Ombago also earns the starting berth. Erick Mbakaya and Valerian Tendwa’s influence will be key in the team’s campaign on Saturday afternoon.

Elijah Wasike, Victor Otieno, and Darrel Omondi form a solid partnership, tasked with laying a strong platform against Kisumu. They will be supported by Adrian Khwesa and James Olela, whose work rate and physical presence will be vital in the tight exchanges.
Kabras also boast a deep bench, with Gibson Perez, Darrel Oluoch, Lewis Ochieng, and Calistus Wanjala among the impact players ready to come off the bench.
The reserves further include Job Wetangula, Chris Otieno, Branton Lilumbi, and Matrix Matangi, giving the technical bench plenty of options as the match unfolds. With home advantage and a well-balanced squad, Kabras Sugar will be aiming to assert their authority early and maintain pressure throughout the contest.
