Arsenal eye move for PSG star Kvaratskhelia
By Joel Masibo, March 26, 2026Premier League leaders Arsenal are exploring the possibility of signing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Paris Saint-Germain when the transfer window reopens.
While the Georgian forward’s representatives are said to be receptive to discussions, PSG regard him as a central figure in their long-term plans.
It is also believed that Arsenal are expected to prioritise strengthening their attacking options, with Kvaratskhelia viewed as a player capable of adding flair and creativity, as well as improving the team’s overall quality.
However, completing such a transfer is believed to be highly challenging, with sources suggesting PSG consider the 25-year-old virtually untouchable.
Kvaratskhelia made headlines after netting a hat-trick in PSG’s dominant Champions League round-of-16 victory over Chelsea FC. He joined the French giants from SSC Napoli in a deal worth £59.5 million (€70m).

Midfield transfer tussle
Several top sides in the Premier League are expected to compete for a group of highly-rated midfielders ahead of the next transfer window.
Among the players attracting significant interest are Elliot Anderson, Sandro Tonali, and Adam Wharton.
Their futures could become key talking points during what is shaping up to be a complicated summer, influenced by the upcoming World Cup and uncertainty surrounding managerial positions at several clubs.
Eze facing spell on the sidelines
Arsenal’s Eberechi Eze is expected to be out of action for several weeks after sustaining a calf injury. The attacker missed Arsenal’s Carabao Cup final loss to Manchester City after picking up the issue during a Champions League clash with Bayer Leverkusen.

Eze has since withdrawn from the England national football team squad and is set to undergo further assessment. Although early estimates suggest a recovery period of four to six weeks, there remains optimism he could return sooner.
If the timeline holds, he is likely to miss several key fixtures as Arsenal continue their pursuit of silverware across multiple competition.
