By Trizer Lijondo, September 2, 2026Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC) has issued a customer notice to residents of Kirigu in Dagoretti, inviting them to a sensitisation forum focused on water and sewerage services.
The forum is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Kirigu Chief’s Office, starting at 10:00 am.

Water and sewer applications
According to the notice, the customer sensitisation clinic will focus on helping residents understand the water and sewer application process, including the requirements and applicable fees.
Nairobi Water will also use the engagement to enlighten residents on efforts aimed at improving water supply and sewer coverage within the area.

Residents will have an opportunity to speak one-on-one with customer care representatives and seek clarification on issues affecting their access to water and sewerage services.
The engagement comes as the company continues to interact with customers through sensitisation forums held in different parts of Nairobi.

Billing issues also on agenda
The Kirigu forum will also provide an avenue for residents to address and resolve existing billing and payment issues.
Customers with concerns over their accounts, payments or related water service matters will be able to raise them directly with the customer care team during the forum.
Nairobi Water has encouraged residents to take advantage of the engagement to share their views and learn more about the company’s services.
