In most cases, chargers do not fail because of manufacturing problems but because of everyday habits that gradually damage the cable, adapter or internal wires. Understanding how chargers work and how small actions affect them can help extend their lifespan significantly.

Avoid bending the cable near the connector
One of the most common reasons chargers fail is repeated bending near the connector, especially where the cable joins the charging tip or the adapter head.
Inside the cable are very thin copper wires that carry electricity from the power source to the phone. When the cable is constantly bent at sharp angles, these wires weaken and may eventually break.
