How to access KNEC March 2026 TVET business and technical exam results
By Valerian Khakayi, July 13, 2026The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has officially released the March 2026 TVET Business and Technical examination results.
In a notice issued on Monday, July 13, KNEC announced that the results are ready for collection by heads of institutions at New Mitihani House, South C offices, during weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
“The results of the March 2026 series of TVET business and technical examinations are out. KNEC wishes to inform all Heads of Institutions that the March 2026 Business and Technical examination results are officially released,” KNEC announced.
How to access the results
According to KNEC, only heads of institutions can collect the March 2026 TVET business and technical examination results in person from New Mitihani House, South C Offices, during weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
However, candidates who took the examinations are informed that they will receive their results only after clearing any outstanding examination fee arrears, adding that institutions with pending examination fee arrears must first clear the outstanding balances before collecting the results.
“Results are ready for collection at New Mitihani House, South C offices, on weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please ensure all examination fee arrears are cleared prior to collection,” KNEC added.

30-day dateline
The examination body further directed school heads that, should there be any queries regarding the results, they must submit them online within 30 days of the release.
KNEC warned that any queries submitted after August 9, 2026, will attract a Ksh5,000 fee.
“Result queries must be submitted online by heads of institutions within 30 days. Queries received after 9th August 2026 will attract a fee of Kshs. 5,000,” KNEC added.
“All queries should be lodged through KNEC’s Query Management Information System (QMIS).”
Additionally, KNEC urged heads of institutions to adhere to the timelines to avoid additional charges and ensure any concerns regarding the examination results are addressed promptly.
