Rish Kamunge unveils plans to do BBL days after Ozempic made her slimmer

Socialite Rish Kamunge has announced her plans to undergo a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), saying that the procedure is part of her broader health and body transformation journey.
Speaking in a video shared on her TikTok page on Friday, December 19, 2025, Kamunge stated that she intends to have the BBL procedure to enhance her physique as she prepares to resume travelling.
“Y’all, I don’t care what you say about BBL; mine is coming. I will do it because I want to go back to travelling the world. I have to go out there with a good body,” she said.
She noted that the decision comes despite criticism from some followers, who have commented that results from similar procedures can sometimes appear uneven.
“Despite the criticism I have seen from some of you saying that some people who did BBL have their buttocks looking shapeless, like a Royco cube, mine is coming,” Kamunge said.
Kamunge said that before proceeding with the BBL, she is completing her final sessions of Ozempic treatment, which she has been using to reduce her weight.
She reported that she has already lost 38 kilograms, bringing her current weight to 113 kilograms, and plans to continue Ozempic for another three months to reach her target weight of 80 kilograms.
“I am doing Ozempic for another three months to target 80 kgs, because now I am at 113 kgs. I have already lost 38 kgs,” she said.

She clarified that she acquires Ozempic through a certified doctor who is authorised to import the medication, emphasising that claims of paying more than Ksh50,000 or Ksh150,000 are scams.
According to Kamunge, the true cost of Ozempic is around Ksh30,000 or below.
“As I told you guys, Ozempic is not expensive; it should be around Ksh 30,000 and below. All those stories of buying Ozempic for over Ksh 50,000 or Ksh 150,000 are a scam. A true scam. I usually import mine with the help of a doctor who has the certification needed to import it,” she shared.
Kamunge stated that she is seeking the whole package for her BBL and hopes that this will be her final procedure.
She emphasised that her decision to go ahead with the surgery is personal and linked to her desire to feel confident in her body while travelling.
“For now, I am going for my last shots of Ozempic and I am on my way. I am walking, and I am going for the whole package, which I hope will be the last one,” she added.
