Pritty Vishy shares daily sacrifices behind her body transformation journey
By William Muthama, December 10, 2025Pritty Vishy has opened up about her intense weight‑loss journey, revealing the highs, lows, fear, determination, and eventual pride that shaped her transformation from 112 kg to 72 kg.
In a series of recounts shared on her Instagram on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, she explained that even after stopping Ozempic months ago, the path to managing her new lifestyle has remained a daily commitment.
She noted that earlier last week her weight briefly shot up to 78kg, something she linked to overeating and her sweet tooth.
However, she said her clinicians had already taught her how to stay in control after getting off GLP‑1 medication, so the fluctuations didn’t throw her off her routine.

Speaking about the criticism she often receives, Pritty revealed that some people claim she doesn’t love herself because she once “went through the knife.” She admitted that such comments sting, but she emphasised that those voices do not define her.
“So if you feel that I don’t love myself because i went through kn@fe…..yes yes your saying the truth in fact whatever everyone is saying about me is TRUE they win, and I lose” she said
She highlighted that while many online critics win the argument, she has not lost her journey, choosing instead to keep growing, healing and working on herself.
Weight gain moment
Vishy stressed that her transformation was not simply the result of Ozempic or surgery.
She explained that behind the scenes were long hours in the gym, days she cried out of frustration, and years of battling self‑hate that grew as her weight climbed to 112kg at just 22 years old.
“I have worked so f*cking hard to see myself here, yes, I used Ozempic, yes I did surgery, why don’t you talk about the days I cried hard in the gym?” she said

Having been plus‑size most of her life, she said choosing a method that finally worked for her came with no regrets, and she would still make the same decision if given another chance.
Surgery day ordeal
She detailed her surgery day, noting that the procedure was scheduled for 5 am on that Thursday morning, which meant she needed to be at the hospital long before. Instead, panic and unanswered questions delayed her arrival to 6:30 am.
Once inside the theatre, she said she entered with only her best friend and her weight‑loss doctor by her side before waving them goodbye.

She recalled the surgeon instructing her to get onto the operating table. He placed the heartbeat monitor on her and asked whether she was afraid.
She explained that he told her most women panic, cry or hesitate, but she remained unusually calm, even though internally she wished someone could “just pull her out of there.”
Pritty emphasised that her journey is not about perfection but about reclaiming her confidence and choosing the version of herself she always wanted to be.
She celebrated reaching 72kg and said that her transformation represents discipline, fearlessness and self‑acceptance, not shortcuts.
