Goliath wa Bungoma became an internet sensation on account of his height and body features, which came with unique challenges.

From struggles finding shoes and clothes to the reality of not having a bed that he could comfortably sleep in, his plight went viral.

He capitalised on the moment to grow a brand that has seen him carve a niche for himself and has since registered Goliath Wa Bungoma Marketing Agency Limited, a company through which he will have structured engagements and cash in on his social media fame.

Goliath unveils company

Registering the company was a huge milestone for Goliath, who has defied the odds to pursue his dreams in the city after suffering several setbacks.

“Another big milestone for Goliath Wa Bungoma,” Riang’a stated on Facebook on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Goliath was on the verge of giving up on his dreams after an interview with media personality Oga Obinna, who advised him to return to Bungoma, telling him that he would not make it in the city.

An intervention by Geoffrey Mosiria, the head of Customer Service in Nairobi County, turned out to be the big break that he needed.

Mosiria not only organised his accommodation, but also linked him up with gigs that saw him make money and gain a footing in the city.

With the support of others and through his sheer hard work and determination, Goliath has grown his brand and turned his story around.
