Social media influencer and entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola has shared an emotional message explaining why 2026 will be the final year her long-serving house manager will work for her.

In a statement shared on her official Instagram account on Friday, January 9, 2026, Ntazola revealed that she has lived with her for three years, and 2026 will mark their fourth year together.

However, she says, it will also be their last, as her house manager has decided to return to the village to be with her family and focus on farming after spending most of her life working.

“I have stayed with my house manager, “Mathe”, for 3 years. 2026 marks our 4th year, which is her last year with me,” Ntazola revealed.

“She is going back to the village to be with her family and do farming since she’s been really working her whole life.”

In addition, the influencer described her house manager, who is 45 years old, as the most honest and genuine person she has ever met.

Ntazola further noted that she has been a constant presence in her life, watching her grow into the person she is currently, adding that her house manager was more than just an employee.

“She is 45 years old. The most honest, genuine person I’ve met in my whole life, She’s watched me grow into what I am right now,” she added.

“She’s seen me make terrible mistakes and watched me put myself together. She’s more than family because she looked out for me like her child.”

According to Ntazola, her house manager treated her like her own child, always looking out for her well-being, a bond that went beyond work and felt like family.

She went on to express her hopes for her house manager’s future, praying that the world would be kind to her even when she is no longer by her side.

The entrepreneur also questioned whether she will ever be able to trust someone the same way again once she leaves.

“I pray the world will be nice to her when I’m not there. Good people exist, and she’s one good lady,” Ntazola stated while also admitting that the thought of her leaving fills her with worry.

“But I’m worried once she’s gone, who will trust again?”
