The outspoken social media personality shared a short video on her social media accounts on Friday, March 20, 2026, flaunting the transformation on her body, taking her fans through what happened during the procedure.
“So nilikatwa from here all the way to here” Vishy stated while pointing to a mark that runs from one side, over her tummy and to her back.
“This is my tummy na ukinagalia vizuri hapa ni deep imeingia ndani,” she explained while pointing to the mark left by the surgery.
Undergoing cosmetic surgery without informing her mum
The content creator has been open about the cosmetic surgery and revealed back in January 2026 that she underwent it without informing her mother.
In an interview on Saturday, January 31, 2026, the content creator explained that she chose not to tell her mom to avoid worrying her.
“I did not tell my mom because my mom loves me, so sikua nataka kuwa akue worried,” Vishy said, describing how her mother only found out after visiting her in the hospital.
She recounted her mother wailing during the period when she was in the hospital.
“So time she came to the hospital, alianza kupiga nduru. Because hiyo ndio saa dawa ilikua inaisha nguvu,” she explained.
Costs involved
Vishy is among many celebrities who have parted with huge sums of money as part of their weight loss journeys.
In August 2025, Vishy listed the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction.
These procedures followed her weight loss journey using Ozempic. She disclosed that the total cost exceeded Ksh500,000.
“The goal was kutoa mafuta peke yake, but then my doctor told me I have some dimples in the ass and that it should be fixed, and I agreed to it,” she said, explaining why she added the BBL procedure.
“I will not say the amount, but approximately ukiwa na Ksh500k kupanda, you are good,” she noted.
The procedure came after attempts to shed weight naturally with gym workouts failed to produce the desired results.
