Former TV host Martin Kimathi has opened up about his life after quitting marijuana, sharing the changes and benefits he says he is now experiencing after battling addiction.

He said the process of recovery has helped him gain more mental clarity and focus in his daily life. According to him, this change has made a big difference in how he handles tasks and plans his future.

“My mind feels sharper. Less fog, more direction. I can think things through, stay present, and actually finish what I start. discipline is becoming my new high,” said Martin Kimathi while explaining his mental clarity and focus after quitting marijuana.
Emotionally stable
He further explained that staying away from marijuana has helped him become more emotionally stable and confident. He noted that before quitting, he often avoided dealing with his feelings, but now he is learning to face them. This has helped him understand himself better and handle life situations with more balance.
“I’m learning to face my emotions instead of escaping them. The highs and lows are more balanced now, and with that comes real confidence, not borrowed, not artificial,” said Martin Kimathi while describing his emotional stability and confidence.
