Kanyari vows to give his kids whatever they ask for as daughter makes Ksh300k shopping demand
By Charles Ouma, February 3, 2026City preacher Victor Kanyari has vowed to give his children whatever they ask for.
The founder of Salvation Healing Ministry gave the pledge to his children during a shopping spree with his two children, Sky Victor and Danny.
In a video shared on his social media platforms on Monday, February 2, 2026, the preacher gave his approach to parenting and providing for his children during a shopping spree with the duo.
Kanyari is seen shopping with his children when Sky makes a request for Ksh300,000.
He is seen holding a lengthy receipt with a trolley carrying their shopping as he engages Sky in a conversation on the shopping.
“That is nothing, and I have not shopped for our room. I need 300k to shop for my room,” Sky said.
Sky explains how she will use the money
She explains that the money in question is to furnish her room to her taste, detailing what she wants in the room.
She goes ahead to show the preacher photos of what she would like her room to be like once done.

“Ooh, you want something like this and it will cost three hundred thousand?” Kanyari remarked, before indicating that it is a good idea, hinting at providing the money requested.
From the blankets to the flowers as well as the mirrors, Sky provides every detail with the preacher listening attentively.
“You don’t want depression,” Kanyari remarked with Sky confirming that the makeover in her room will cheer up her moods.
Kanyari’s presence on social media and concerns over Sky
Known for his vibrant social media presence, Kanyari frequently shares his moments with family, with Sky also following in her footsteps with a strong presence on social media.
Sky’s presence on social media has attracted attention with some expressing concern and supporting the idea that Sky should stay away from the internet until she is an adult.

Content creator Lydia Wanjiru voiced her concerns on January 30, 2026, noting that Sky was exposed to social media at an early age, and now it may be too late to set such boundaries.
“Unfortunately, she was exposed too early, and I think it’s too late now to enforce such a boundary now!” She stated.
She noted that adults sometimes ask minors questions that they are not ready to answer, and called for protection of children on social media.
